| We are looking for several people who want a career in customer service and who want to be the best in the business. Local Candidates only. Flexible hours, on call situations and varying shifts with weekends. This position is for our location in Flint, Michigan. This is for a Full Time job |
| Description: |
- Answers telephone calls, live chats, troubleshoots and answers technical questions
- Escalates tickets and calls to senior personnel when necessary
- Must be available on emergency on-call situations
- Answers Help Desk tickets in Support and Info as a secondary responsibility
- Answers all Level I and Level II technical questions
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
