 Sectorlink extends a 30-day money-back guarantee to all new Sectorlink customers. This service guarantee shall begin upon the date of signup of customer's account and shall expire thirty days later or the beginning of the next billing cycle (whichever comes first). The customer has the right to cancel their contract with Sectorlink by visiting https://secure.sectorlink.com/cancel within 30 days.
Returns will be given back to the customer in the form of which customer initially paid for service no later than 30 days of the cancellation. Returns do not include setup fees and/or domain registration fees.
In the event that a client's account has been suspended/terminated due to any violations of the Acceptable Usage Policy, the 30-day money-back guarantee will be void.
A Reseller requesting the 30 day money back guarantee, for a reseller order, will come in the form of a credit to their account no later than 30 days of the cancellation. This credit can be used at anytime towards any Sectorlink service. Upon cancellation of primary reseller account, credits are non-refundable. |
